That You that you know as YOU. That is your Consciousness. It is not based on looking in the mirror, on what your body looks like, your face, your human vehicle or anything about your human body.

If you were a dog, a chair, a flower, a goat, or if you were any race, gender, size, age, or species, you would know it to be you, in your mind, which is your consciousness you would have mind chatter as you do now, and you would talk to you in your mind, you would KNOW that consciousness, that being to be YOU. You are not simply this human vehicle. You exist with or without your human vehicle, your human body.
